Carnival Top Hat
Traditional Mardi Gras colors accent the classic look of the Carnival Top Hat, giving her an appeal that's distinctly Dixie. Her signature black hat is shiny and lined with rows of bright sequins, while feathers shoot out from underneath a glimmering, star-shaped jewel. Her face is milky white, and is highlighted by touches of blush and lilac eyeshadow. Delicate eyelashes line her eyes, and her red lips are full and very feminine. Mask size is 9 inches high x 7 inches wide. Comes boxed, ready to hang. Masks are made from ceramic and hand painted by local New Orleans artists.
